Matcha Latte (Hot/Iced)
WAKABA matcha-specialty cafe iconic drink

Ingredients
- 200ml (¾ cup) of your choice of milk (Oat milk, Soy milk, Lactose-free milk)
- 1tsp (3g) of WAKABA’s premium organic matcha powder
- 60ml of hot water (heated at 80 degrees)

Add your choice of milk to a small pot over medium heat. Bring to a bare simmer

Spoon and place 1tsp (3g) of premium organic matcha powder in a heat resistant cup. Add 30ml of water to whisk to draw a circle, and then add another 30ml of water to whisk. Click here to learn the traditional Japanese method to whisk matcha.

Add your milk to the tipping cup slightly to help create creamy foam on top.
